Job Location: SITE, Karachi, Pakistan
Position Details
1. Manager EHS
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with national regulations and international standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
- Promote workplace safety awareness and continuous improvement.
2. Executive QMS
Qualification
- M.Sc. Chemistry, Pharm-D, or Biological Sciences.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage change control, deviations, vendor qualification, and document control.
- Support implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Coordinate internal audits and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and data integrity requirements.
- Track complaints, investigations, CAPA, and quality improvements.
3. Senior Officer Regulatory Affairs
Qualification
- Pharm-D
Experience
- 3 to 4 years of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for product registrations and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Manage CTD and ACTD dossier preparation.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal departments.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact.
- Support WHO and ICH guideline implementation.
4. Senior Officer Quality Control (Packaging)
Qualification
- Pharm-D
Experience
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sampling and testing of packaging materials.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical labeling requirements.
- Maintain packaging specifications and testing records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding packaging quality.
- Verify packaging component approval and documentation.
- Monitor labeling compliance throughout production.
5. Warehouse Officer (Raw Material)
Qualification
- Pharm-D
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect raw materials.
- Manage warehouse inventory and stock movement.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
- Maintain storage conditions according to GMP requirements.
- Prepare monthly and annual material consumption reports.
- Operate warehouse management systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
6. Electronic Technician
Qualification
- DAE in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Electronics.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot PLC, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Install and commission automation equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and maintenance procedures.
