Aiza Ashraf has stepped into a new leadership role as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Yunus Textile Mills Limited.

With 𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in Human Resources, Ashraf brings extensive expertise across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRIS, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding to her new role.

Before joining Yunus Textile Mills Limited, she served as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Global Bloom, following her progression from Assistant Manager Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly seven years with Lucky Textile Mills Limited, advancing from HR Executive to Senior Executive Human Resources and building a strong foundation in HR operations and people management.
