Job Overview
Tri-Pack Films Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead CPP Film Line shift operations and ensure the achievement of quality, production, and productivity targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for production efficiency, process optimization, team performance, safety, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CPP shift operations to achieve quality, production, and productivity targets.
- Monitor OEE, yield, wastage, downtime, and operational efficiency.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure compliance with SHE, Food Safety, ISO, WCM, and company SOPs.
- Lead RCA/CAPA, Lean, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Manage manpower, employee performance, coaching, and team capability development.
- Support process optimization, product trials, and equipment commissioning.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- 5 to 8 years of production experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience in CPP Film, BOPP, flexible packaging, or polymer manufacturing is preferred.
