1. Business Manager International Business

Location: Head Office, SITE, Karachi
Experience: 8 to 12 years in International Market / Export within a reputable pharmaceutical company
Qualification: Pharm-D / M.B.B.S plus MBA in Marketing

Key Responsibilities

The Business Manager International Business will be responsible for developing and executing export sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving business growth in existing markets and developing new international markets
• Conducting market research and feasibility studies for new and existing pharmaceutical products
• Identifying and developing new distributors, customers, and strategic business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors and key customers
• Developing country-wise sales forecasts, budgets, market expansion plans, and strategies
• Monitoring distributor performance, market coverage, sales targets, inventory, and compliance
• Coordinating with Regulatory Affairs and internal departments for product registration and commercialization
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Supporting Senior Management in strategic planning, international expansion, and new global business opportunities

2. Head of Quality

Location: Head Office, SITE, Karachi
Experience: 10 to 12 years in a similar capacity
Qualification: Master’s degree such as M.Sc., M.Pharm, MS, or Pharm-D in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Quality will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions while ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, ISO 17025, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Leading and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions
• Ensuring effective implementation of the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (PQMS)
• Overseeing deviations, CAPA, change controls, and OOS/OOT investigations
• Ensuring GMP compliance across manufacturing and laboratory operations
• Leading internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits
• Reviewing and approving SOPs, specifications, protocols, and validation documents
• Ensuring effective qualification, validation, and analytical method transfer
• Overseeing vendor qualification, complaints, and product quality issues
• Ensuring timely review of batch documentation and batch release
• Providing strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
