Mughal Steel is looking for a Senior Executive, Corporate Affairs to support corporate governance, statutory compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate secretarial functions.
Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:
- Part qualified CA
- ACCA
- ACMA
- Corporate Secretarial qualification
Experience
Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with a listed company or corporate law firm.
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- Companies Act 2017
- Listed Companies Regulations
- PSX Regulations
- CDC regulations
- SECP requirements
- Corporate governance requirements
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting corporate affairs and regulatory compliance activities, including:
- Ensuring statutory compliance with SECP, PSX, CDC, and other regulatory requirements
- Maintaining corporate records and statutory documentation
- Preparing and filing statutory returns, forms, and regulatory submissions within prescribed timelines
- Preparing board and committee agendas, papers, and minutes
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth corporate governance operations
- Maintaining statutory registers and corporate records
- Managing regulatory correspondence
- Assisting in the preparation of PSX announcements and corporate disclosures
- Monitoring changes in corporate laws and regulatory requirements
- Supporting annual and extraordinary general meetings
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual report

2. Lead Executive, Treasury
Mughal Steel is also seeking professionals for the position of Lead Executive, Treasury. Candidates with practical experience in treasury operations, cash management, banking, trade finance, letters of credit, and import and export documentation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Executive, Treasury will support the company’s treasury and financing activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Requesting letters for fresh and renewal of financing facilities
- Managing disbursements and adjustments of funded facilities
- Handling documentation for fresh and renewed bank guarantees
- Arranging fire insurance requirements
- Daily updating and reconciliation of funded and non funded facility sheets
- Managing monthly cancellation of expired letters of credit
- Following up with the import department and banks regarding LCs
- Supporting JPP arrangements
- Coordinating with relevant banking and internal stakeholders for treasury operations
