Key Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.
- Scheduling and assigning tasks to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations for pharmacy staff.
- Ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications.

- Managing end-to-end Purchase Order execution to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Driving supplier On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance against agreed delivery and fulfillment targets.
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth purchase order execution.
- Resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
- Managing the complete vendor return process to ensure timely closure and recovery.
- Working to minimize operational losses associated with vendor returns.

Eligibility Criteria
