Muhammad ilyas has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Serene Heights Hotels & Resorts, marking a significant new chapter in his leadership journey across real estate, sales, business development, and organizational growth.

With more than a decade of experience in sales and business leadership, Muhammad brings extensive expertise from Zameen.com, where he progressed through senior leadership roles including Deputy Director, Associate Director of Sales, Executive Senior Manager, Senior Executive Manager, and Senior Business Development Manager. His earlier career includes serving as Director of Sales Marketing at Indigo developers, followed by Sales Manager roles at Tech Sign Computer and Laptop City in the UAE. His leadership experience spans revenue growth, strategic sales, team development, performance management, customer relationships, and business expansion.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of the Punjab, along with a Certified TSSA HVAC Technician qualification from Medix College Brampton, Canada. With a strong focus on people, systems, sales performance, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth, Muhammad brings an experienced leadership perspective to his new role at Serene Heights Hotels & Resorts.
