About the Position
The Group Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product management team for the assigned Acute Segment. The role involves managing product strategies, budgets, market performance, brand positioning, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
The successful candidate will also be expected to evaluate market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, contribute to new product launches, and provide actionable business insights to support the field force.
Key Responsibilities
The Group Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the Product Management Team for the assigned Acute Segment.
- Supervising and controlling brand budgets, forecasts, and marketing expenses.
- Assessing the marketing mix of products to evaluate cost-effectiveness and delivery of results.
- Monitoring competitors’ promotional tactics, pricing, product positioning, and marketing activities.
- Tracking competitor performance and identifying opportunities to strengthen product performance.
- Conducting feasibility analysis and market research for new opportunities.
- Supporting the launch of new products and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Sharing business insights through IMS, SA/PLD, and relevant internal channels with the team.
- Supporting the steady conversion of high-potential bricks based on assigned brands and portfolios.
- Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of marketing inputs to the field force.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
