Pharmedic Laboratories is seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to support its pharmaceutical export and international growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying priority export markets, developing market entry strategies, managing distributors and agents, and expanding the company’s international business.

Key responsibilities include coordinating product registrations, monitoring competitors and market trends, managing forecasts and supply requirements, pursuing government and institutional tenders, and reporting export pipelines and revenue to senior management. The role also involves visiting international markets and participating in relevant exhibitions.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences and have at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports or international business development. Experience in opening international markets, securing product registrations, growing exports, and working with CTD dossiers, WHO-GMP, CoPP, Incoterms 2020, and letters of credit will be an advantage. Established distributor relationships across Asia, Africa, or the Middle East, strong English communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally are also required.

2. HRBP, Human Resources Business Partner

Pharmedic Laboratories is also hiring an HRBP to strengthen its human resources function at the Head Office in Lahore. This position is suited to an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of human resource management and experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

Applicants should have 6 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. An MBA or qualification in Human Resource Management is required. Candidates should be proficient in Flow HCM and Microsoft Office, with practical experience using SAP.
