Deputy Manager Security, Packages Group

The Deputy Manager Security will report to the Head of Security and will be responsible for supervising security staff, CCTV operators, and daily security operations. The role requires strong leadership, security management, risk assessment, and emergency response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising security staff, CCTV operators, and daily security operations.
• Implementing security procedures, emergency plans, and risk mitigation measures.
• Monitoring CCTV systems, access control systems, alarms, and other security infrastructure.
• Investigating security incidents and preparing detailed incident reports.
• Conducting security inspections, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis.
• Coordinating with security management, law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and external security service providers.
• Supporting the overall improvement of security procedures and operational controls.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or a related field.
