Regulatory Affairs Senior Officer & Executive Jobs at Genix Pharma
The Regulatory Affairs team at Genix Pharma plays an important role in ensuring pharmaceutical products meet applicable regulatory requirements and are successfully registered and maintained across target markets.
The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing, compiling, reviewing, and maintaining regulatory documentation for international product registrations. The role also involves managing regulatory submissions, renewals, variations, NOCs, Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (CoPP), and other post-registration activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Regulatory Affairs professional will be responsible for:
- Preparing, compiling, and reviewing regulatory dossiers for international product registrations.
- Managing new product registrations, renewals, variations, NOCs, CoPP, and post-registration activities.
- Preparing responses to regulatory authority queries and ensuring timely submissions.
- Coordinating with internal departments and distributors to fulfill regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing product artwork and labeling to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
- Maintaining regulatory trackers, submission records, and product registration databases.
- Supporting regulatory compliance activities across international markets.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the Genix Pharma Regulatory Affairs position should meet the following requirements:
- Pharm-D or a relevant degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs.
- Experience with international regulatory markets is preferred, particularly Asia and CIS markets.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical product registrations, regulatory submissions, renewals, variations, NOCs, and post-registration activities.
- Strong documentation, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
