With 𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in human resources and recruitment, Shahid brings diverse expertise in full-cycle recruitment, executive search, and HR operations. Prior to joining Cola Next, he served in progressive recruitment and talent acquisition roles at ResourceTribe, resourceSmith, and Integriti, managing executive search, technical and non-technical recruitment, market mapping, candidate sourcing, and client delivery across multiple industries.

He holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from the National College Of Business Administration & Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from Allama Iqbal Open University. His experience with HR systems, payroll coordination, HR analytics, employee relations, and talent management further strengthens his professional profile.
