His extensive career includes over 13 years at HBL Microfinance Bank LTD, where he advanced through key finance leadership positions, including Unit Head Financial Reporting and Senior Vice President – Head of Statutory & Regulatory Reporting. His responsibilities encompassed financial performance analysis, strategic budgeting, board-level reporting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.

Throughout his career, Ali has developed deep expertise in IFRS compliance, financial statements, regulatory reporting, tax management, audit coordination, and financial planning. His experience across banking, corporate, and nonprofit sectors reflects a comprehensive understanding of financial governance and operational accountability.
