With over a decade of industry experience and more than AED 3 billion in transactions across the UAE and Pakistan, Tariq has built a strong track record serving high-net-worth individuals and international investors. Before joining better developments, he served as Executive Director at Cresco Real Estate LLC, following key roles at Sobha Realty, fäm Properties Dubai, and Agency21 International. His professional achievements include being ranked #1 at Cresco Real Estate in 2024 and receiving the Top Real Estate Consultant of the Year award from Agency21 in 2018.

A RERA-certified advisor and Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from Foundation University Islamabad (FUI), Tariq brings a strategic, client-focused approach to real estate investment and wealth-building opportunities.
