Requirements:

Job Summary:
The HRBP – Manufacturing functions as an internal HR consultant, supporting the Manufacturing function in building a strong talent pipeline through recruitment at all levels. The role provides strategic guidance to line management and the Head of HR on talent strategies, while ensuring governance, compliance, and risk management. It is responsible for maintaining a continuous supply of high-quality talent across the organization. As a strategic link between HR and the business, the HRBP embeds long-term HR development and management practices, enabling business functions to achieve their goals.

The Manager Process Utilities is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient utilities operations to support plant production, while optimizing energy usage and variable costs. The role focuses on performance monitoring, utilities planning, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with HSE and process safety requirements, supports budgeting and CAPEX initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain stable and sustainable plant operations.
