Job Overview

HBL is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Talent Management to lead strategic talent initiatives and strengthen the bank’s future workforce. The successful candidate will oversee trainee development programs, build strong partnerships with universities, enhance HBL’s employer brand, and manage internship and graduate recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Lead graduate trainee and talent development programs across the bank.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
• Promote HBL’s employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of trainee programs.
• Manage internship programs and coordinate campus recruitment activities.
• Support employee career development initiatives and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Organize high-potential employee engagement sessions and talent reviews.
• Act as the relationship manager for The League and other trainee development programs.
• Monitor talent pipeline effectiveness and succession planning initiatives.

Experience
