Muhammad Asif Joined as Assistant Director Procurement & Contract Management at Board of Revenue – Government of Sindh

Muhammad Asif has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Assistant Director Procurement & Contract Management at the Board of Revenue – Government of Sindh.

With over 12 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, contract administration, and public sector operations, Asif brings a wealth of expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, tender administration, compliance, and operational excellence. His strong foundation in supply chain management, complemented by an MBA and professional certifications, has enabled him to consistently deliver transparent, efficient, and value-driven procurement solutions.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Regional Campus Manager at Alpha Education Network, where he successfully led procurement, administration, vendor management, and multi-campus operational functions. Earlier, he held key procurement leadership roles at Eco Technology and Quick Facilitations Pvt. Ltd., gaining extensive experience in local and international sourcing, contract negotiations, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
