Syed Maaz Appointed as Human Resource Business Partner – Manufacturing at Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd

Syed Maaz has embarked on a new chapter in his HR leadership journey, joining Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd as Human Resource Business Partner – Manufacturing.

With 𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience across manufacturing, energy, and pharma, Syed brings a strong track record in strategic HR business partnering, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd, he served as HR and Admin Supervisor at Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) in Abu Dhabi, where he managed HR operations, compliance, workforce planning, performance management, and HR analytics. His earlier HR Business Partner roles at Lucky Core Industries and K-Electric further strengthened his expertise in partnering with business leadership and driving people-focused initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Syed spent over 𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 at Midas Safety, progressing through HR Officer, Senior HR Officer, and Assistant Manager HR roles while gaining extensive experience in HR operations, talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles, recruitment, and SAP HCM & SuccessFactors.
