Location: Head Office, Karachi
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

BYD Pakistan is seeking a Senior Executive, Compliance & Audit to support dealer compliance and operational audit programs across its 3S dealer network. The position involves ensuring adherence to franchise standards, SOPs, corporate policies, and BYD brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured dealer operational audits and identify compliance gaps
• Develop recommendations and track corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with Dealer Principals and cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues
• Support dealer onboarding and operational readiness initiatives
• Maintain dealer compliance scorecards, audit trackers, KPI dashboards, and audit databases

BYD Pakistan is looking for a Performance Planning Executive to support planning, coordination, reporting, and performance management across after-sales operations. The role will focus on data accuracy, KPI monitoring, operational reporting, and continuous improvement while maintaining service standards aligned with BYD’s global requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and coordination of after-sales operations
• Track key operational performance metrics and prepare KPI dashboards
• Extract and analyze data from SAP and DMS systems

Relevant certifications in Electric Vehicle systems, High Voltage safety, or advanced automotive diagnostics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical field support and diagnose complex vehicle issues
