AbuBakr Hassan Appointed as Business Unit Head at LIPTON Teas and Infusions

AbuBakr Hassan has embarked on a new leadership chapter as Business Unit Head at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. With over 12 years of experience in FMCG sales, commercial strategy, and business development, he brings a strong track record in driving revenue growth, strengthening distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.

Before joining LIPTON Teas and Infusions, Hassan spent more than 11 years at Abu Dawood Pakistan, progressing through leadership roles in regional sales, category management, and commercial operations across Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and other markets. His experience includes leading regional business strategies, managing major product categories, optimising route-to-market operations, and driving trade marketing initiatives. Earlier, he worked as a Business Development Manager at Kaymu.pk and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.

Hassan holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, and a BBA from Bahauddin Zakariya University. His combination of commercial expertise, strategic leadership, and market development experience provides a strong foundation for his new role at LIPTON Teas and Infusions.
