Farrukh Dhedhy Appointed as SVP – Segment Head, Sales Strategy & Planning at NBP Fund Management Limited

Farrukh Dhedhy has been appointed as SVP – Segment Head, Sales Strategy & Planning at NBP Fund Management Limited, taking on a strategic leadership role focused on sales strategy, distribution effectiveness, business performance, and sustainable growth.

With more than 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in financial services, Farrukh brings extensive expertise from Jubilee General Insurance Company Ltd, where he progressed through leadership roles including Vice President & Unit Head – Sales & Distribution, AVP & Unit Head – Sales & Distribution, Head of Retail Business Unit, and Manager – Bancassurance & ADCs. His earlier journey at Jubilee Life Insurance Company Ltd. also includes roles as Deputy Manager – Bancassurance and Management Trainee Officer, building deep expertise across sales, distribution, bancassurance, digital partnerships, business development, and performance management.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Iqra University (Official) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Insurance from Karachi University. With a strong focus on strategy execution, channel development, KPI frameworks, market expansion, and data-driven performance, Farrukh brings a comprehensive commercial and strategic perspective to his new role at NBP Fund Management Limited.
