Laraib Bhatti has been appointed as Talent Acquisition Officer at the University of Management and Technology – UMT, marking a new chapter in her professional journey within Human Resources and talent acquisition.

Laraib brings diverse early-career experience across HR, customer service, procurement, and marketing. Before joining University of Management and Technology – UMT, she served as an MTO HR at Bunny’s Limited, where she gained hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations. Her professional experience also includes Customer Service Representative at Mindbridge, Purchase Intern at Diamond Group of Industries, and Marketing Intern at Glamplex, building a versatile foundation across business functions.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a focus on Marketing Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore – Pakistan. With a growing focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, communication, and people management, Laraib is developing a dynamic professional profile within the HR and organizational environment.
