Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager Sales Insights will be responsible for supporting sales operations and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Implement pricing structures and promotional campaigns across relevant systems.
• Register new products, including packs, SKUs, chillers, channels, and handlers, in the THEIA system.
• Monitor outlet-wise availability and SKU-level performance.
• Analyze PSR productivity by tracking Time in Outlet and Time in Market KPIs.
• Maintain and finalize PSR attendance records for payroll processing through HR operations.
• Map SAP SKUs with THEIA to ensure accurate and seamless stock uploads.
• Communicate approved secondary promotions to Sales Managers for effective execution.
• Develop and maintain sales team scorecards for performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers on THEIA-related training and operational issues.
• Analyze distribution-wise and pack-wise wholesale contributions against primary sales targets.
• Prepare secondary sales analysis reports for Monthly Review Meetings (MRM).
• Coordinate with the THEIA team regarding system enhancements and development requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes and system changes before updates are released to the sales team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in the FMCG industry is required, with beverage industry experience preferred.
