Ahmad Akram Appointed as Director People & Culture at Pakistan Digital Authority

Ahmad Akram Chartered MCIPD, MSc. has embarked on a new professional chapter as Director People & Culture at Pakistan Digital Authority, bringing more than 15 years of strategic HR experience across the EMEA region. His expertise spans HR strategy, business partnering, workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and HR governance.

Prior to joining Pakistan Digital Authority, Akram held several senior HR leadership roles at Bibby Line Group, including HR Solutions Lead, HR Policy & Operations Lead, and HR Consultant for Strategic Projects. Earlier, he served as People and Culture Lead for EMEA at Wilson, supporting organizations across multiple international markets, and held HR Business Partner and HR Manager roles at Würth Group and Calrom. Throughout his career, he has led transformation initiatives, succession planning, workforce optimization, employee relations, and people-focused change programs.

Akram holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, with the qualification recognized at Level 7 CIPD. As a Chartered MCIPD professional, his international experience and strategic approach to people and organizational development position him to contribute meaningfully to Pakistan Digital Authority’s evolving people and culture agenda.
