Khansa Majeed Joins as Head of Unit at HBL Microfinance Bank

Khansa Majeed has embarked on a new professional chapter as Head of Unit, Corporate Communication at HBL Microfinance Bank LTD, bringing more than 𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience across banking, corporate communications, marketing, sports, and real estate.

Before joining HBL Microfinance Bank LTD, Majeed served as Corporate Communications Manager at UBL – United Bank Limited, where she led strategic communications during the Silkbank Limited and UBL integration, including brand transition, customer communications, crisis messaging, cybersecurity advisories, and digital content across UBL Pakistan and UBL UAE. Earlier, she spent over six years at Silkbank as Corporate Communications Manager & Marketing Services, leading product launches, brand campaigns, digital communications, stakeholder engagement, and corporate reporting. Her earlier experience includes roles at Lahore Qalandars and Defence Housing Authority (DHA).

Majeed holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore – Pakistan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bahauddin Zakariya University. Her combination of strategic communication, technology, brand management, and banking expertise positions her to contribute meaningfully to HBL Microfinance Bank’s corporate communications and brand narrative.
