Shaistah Bukhari Promoted to Human Resources Manager at Jordan’s World Communications

Shaistah Bukhari (MSHRM, CHRMP) has been promoted to Human Resources Manager at Jordan’s World Communications, marking a significant milestone in her progressive HR career and reflecting her expertise in strategic people management, employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development.

Prior to stepping into her current role, Bukhari served as Human Resources Lead at PW Digital, while also building a diverse professional portfolio through her role as Co-Founder at Northstar and Brand Ambassador positions with TechTitans Pakistan and Green HRS. Her experience across Pakistan, Dubai, and Jordan has strengthened her ability to work with diverse teams, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and align HR practices with broader organizational objectives.

Bukhari holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore – Pakistan, where she achieved a 3.5 grade, and is currently pursuing an MS in Human Resources Management with a 3.8 grade. She also holds a CHRMP certification, further reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and modern HR leadership.
