Pharmatec Pakistan is looking for an experienced Product Manager, Cardio to join its dynamic team at the company’s Head Office in Karachi.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, managing product positioning, understanding customer insights, and supporting the growth of the company’s cardiovascular product portfolio.

The role requires a professional with strong pharmaceutical marketing knowledge, analytical abilities, and the capability to develop effective strategies based on market research and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager, Cardio will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and executing marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns.
• Analyzing market trends, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data.
• Developing customer insights and conducting competitive market analysis.
• Undertaking SWOT analysis for products.
• Managing product positioning and brand portfolio development.
• Analyzing primary and secondary market research data.
• Interacting with customers to measure the return on investment of marketing programs.
• Developing promotional strategies based on market insights and business objectives.
• Conceiving, developing, and providing promotional materials and relevant tools to the field force within required timelines.
• Visiting key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Monitoring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.
• Supporting the achievement of business and product objectives through effective marketing initiatives.

Qualification Required

Candidates applying for the Product Manager, Cardio position should have one of the following qualifications:

• Pharm D
• MBA in Marketing

Experience Required

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, brand management, or a related field will be relevant to the position.
