Rizwan Bashir Appointed as Manager – Dealer Readiness & Enablement at BYD Pakistan

Rizwan Bashir has taken on a new leadership role as Manager – Dealer Readiness & Enablement at BYD Pakistan, marking another important step in his automotive industry career and expanding his expertise in dealer operations, aftersales, and business enablement.

Bashir brings extensive experience across leading automotive organizations, having served as Associate Manager – Aftersales Operations at Changan Pakistan and Area Business Manager at Indus Motor Company Ltd, where he managed Toyota 3S dealer operations, aftersales business development, service standards, and stakeholder engagement. His career also includes several years at Indus Motor Company and an early professional experience at Tabba Heart Institute.

He holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Karachi, combining strong academic foundations with extensive hands-on experience in automotive operations, dealer management, and business development.
