Throughout his career, Dar has held key leadership positions at prominent financial institutions, including HBL, Bank Alfalah Limited, Habib Metropolitan Bank (Subsidiary of AG Zurich), and UBL – United Bank Limited. His professional journey reflects extensive expertise in regional and area management, business development, liability sales, operational transformation, and high-performance team leadership.

At Bank Alfalah Limited, he led the Central West Cluster across 90 branches, managing a team of 140 professionals across multiple areas. His achievements included being named Regional Sales Manager of the Year in 2018, demonstrating his strong focus on business productivity and sales performance.
