Before joining Bank Alfalah Limited, Ismail served as a Trade Executive at Bank AL Habib Limited. He previously worked as an Account Officer at Agro Hub International (Pvt.) Ltd. and as a Management Trainee Officer in Finance & Accounts at Shujabad Agro Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., gaining experience in budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
