3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Job Overview
Scaleup Connect is looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer to support the Talent Acquisition team. The selected candidate will gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, and end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Assist the HR team with onboarding and recruitment-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 3 to 6 months of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

Scaleup Connect is seeking an energetic MTO – Human Resources (Client Acquisition) to identify potential clients, build business relationships, and promote recruitment solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, outreach, client engagement, and business development within the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies actively hiring through LinkedIn, job portals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Identify HR professionals and decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Present recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms professionally.
- Maintain CRM records and support client onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Recruitment, or Business Development.
- Experience in a recruitment agency, HR consultancy, staffing company, or professional services organization will be preferred.
