Job Overview
ParkView City is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage customer receivables, payment plans, installment follow-ups, and financial records while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer ledgers, payment plans, dispute status, and recovery records in SAP.
- Process approved discounts, payment adjustments, waivers, and account rescheduling.
- Create and verify customer sales bookings in SAP S/4HANA.
- Process booking amendments, plot transfers, cancellations, refunds, rebates, and payment rescheduling.
- Maintain complete supporting documentation and auditable financial records.
- Ensure accurate receivable management and timely account follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts & Finance.
- Part-qualified CA, ACCA, CMA, or another recognized accounting qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Accounts Receivable
- Customer Collections
- Banking
- Recovery Operations
- Real Estate Accounts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
