Aamna Adil Promoted to Assistant Manager – L&D at Telenor Pakistan

Aamna Adil has been promoted to Assistant Manager – Learning & Development at Telenor Pakistan, marking an exciting milestone in her career. Her journey reflects a strong commitment to talent development, organizational growth, employee engagement, and building inclusive workplace cultures.

Prior to this promotion, Aamna served as Assistant Manager – DEI & Talent at Telenor Pakistan, where she contributed to learning initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement, and organizational development. Earlier, she worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Emumba, gaining valuable experience in HR strategy, recruitment, and people operations. She also completed an HR internship at PepsiCo, where she supported DEI initiatives, alongside leadership roles as Co-Founder of E-scape and Director of Public Relations & Security at LUMS Dramaline, strengthening her leadership and stakeholder management expertise.

Aamna earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from LUMS, where she built a strong academic foundation that complements her growing career in learning, talent, and organizational development.
