Abdul Moaiz Appointed as Production Engineer at PepsiCo
Abdul Moaiz has been appointed as Production Engineer at PepsiCo, marking an exciting milestone in his career as he begins contributing to one of the world’s leading FMCG companies.
In his new role, Abdul is gaining hands-on experience in large-scale manufacturing operations, supporting the production of iconic brands including Lay’s, Kurkure, Cheetos, and Wavy. He will work across production systems, industrial automation, process control, and operational excellence, applying his expertise in mechatronics engineering to optimize manufacturing performance.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Abdul completed a notable internship at NESCOM, where he contributed to the development of an AI-powered Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) for pipeline inspection in collaboration with Pakistan State Oil (PSO) and industry partners. His experience also includes internships with Deloitte, Shaheen Precast Associates, and freelance engineering projects, building a strong foundation in automation, embedded systems, robotics, production engineering, and data analytics.
A Mechatronics Engineering graduate from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Abdul brings a diverse skill set spanning industrial automation, manufacturing, AI-driven robotics, and process optimization—positioning him for a promising career in modern manufacturing and operations.
