Major Accountabilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned area and contributing to the growth of the company’s specialty portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving assigned sales targets through effective area planning and execution
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly urologists, endocrinologists, and relevant specialists
• Driving product adoption through effective engagement with healthcare professionals
• Ensuring the implementation of approved marketing strategies in accordance with company guidelines
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, prescription patterns, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Preparing accurate sales forecasts, area reports, and market feedback
• Ensuring timely execution of field activities
• Conducting product presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals

Qualification and Experience
