Babur Rauf has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer at Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd., marking a significant milestone in his distinguished commercial leadership career. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, trade activation, sales and distribution operations, and route-to-market strategy, he brings a strong track record of driving business transformation, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

Prior to this appointment, Rauf served as Chief Commercial Officer at Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd. and Shalimar Food Products, leading commercial functions and strategic business initiatives. His career also includes leadership roles as Chief Commercial Officer at Shalimar Food Products, Director of Sales at Continental Biscuits Limited, and Chief Commercial Officer and Partner at Axle & Olio Solutions Canada Limited. During his nearly 13-year tenure at Philip Morris International, he held several senior leadership positions, including Sales Head for the North and Head of Distribution Strategy, overseeing large-scale sales operations, distribution networks, brand launches, and talent development.
