General Manager Operations Job Responsibilities
The General Manager Operations will be responsible for leading the overall operations strategy and ensuring business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the overall Operations strategy to drive business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Own P&L and business performance, ensuring achievement of sales, revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for store performance, expansion, new openings, and market growth.
- Ensure alignment with Baskin-Robbins international standards and act as a key liaison with the international team for global initiatives and best practices.
- Lead Operations and Training functions to ensure continuous development of teams, operational capabilities, and service standards.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team through KPIs, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
- Drive brand excellence across all outlets, including food safety, quality, customer experience, and SOP compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to deliver overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization while maintaining brand and service standards.
Requirements for General Manager Operations
