Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, exit).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Analyze HR data (attendance, turnover, performance) to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
