Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd. (Dawn Bread), one of Pakistan’s most trusted and beloved food brands, is seeking experienced professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for two key positions in finance and supply chain at our Lahore and Muridke locations.


Available Positions

1. Assistant Manager GR/IR
Location: Lahore
Qualification: CA Finalist / ACCA (5) / M.Com
Experience: 10 years

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end invoice posting, ensuring accurate financial transaction processing
Conduct GR/IR reviews and reconciliations, reporting key findings to management.
Supervise the invoice parking and posting process, ensuring accuracy and process compliance.
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools.
Apply income tax and sales tax knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
Analyze GR/IR accounts and open items in collaboration with the Operations team.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
Resolve internal and external queries in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines.

Requirements:
Strong expertise in SAP with understanding of its architecture.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting & analysis.
Practical knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws.

2. Assistant Manager Supply Chain
Location: Muridke
Qualification: BS/Masters in Supply Chain or related fields
Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly stock reports.
Manage and lead dispatch and FG team.
Assist in forecasting demand based on sales trends and business requirements.
Support implementation of supply chain strategies, process improvements, and weekly planning.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.

Requirements:
MS Office/SAP Proficiency.
FMCG experience preferred.
