1. Assistant Manager, SAP Business One
Location: Lahore, Head Office
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Business One experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Euro Oil is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, SAP Business One to manage, support, and enhance its SAP B1 ERP system. The role has a strong focus on SQL Server, Crystal Reports, system optimization, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering and supporting SAP Business One across key modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers
- Performing database maintenance, backups, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Coordinating with business teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Managing user roles, authorizations, and system access
- Supporting system upgrades, patches, and integrations
- Resolving day-to-day SAP B1 issues and minimizing system downtime
- Training users and maintaining documentation of processes and customizations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Business One experience
- Strong expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports
- Good knowledge of SAP B1 Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production modules
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
2. Data Processing Executive
Location: Lahore, Head Office
Experience: Minimum 6 months in data entry, data processing, or a similar role
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Euro Oil is also hiring a Data Processing Executive to accurately maintain and update customer records while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across company systems.
This position is suitable for detail-oriented candidates with strong data entry, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Data Processing Executive will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating customer records on a daily basis
- Entering and verifying new customer data accurately
- Identifying and correcting errors, discrepancies, and duplicate records
- Keeping databases clean, accurate, and up to date
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly data processing reports
- Coordinating with Sales, Back Office, and other departments for accurate information
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies
- Responding to internal queries related to customer data
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM/database systems
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
- Understanding of data confidentiality principles
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a fast-paced operations or BPO environment will be considered an advantage.
