4. Manager Architecture Jobs in Lahore
Fatima Group is looking for an experienced Manager Architecture in Lahore, Punjab to lead client-side design management and architectural delivery across the complete project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will oversee architectural activities from pre-concept and feasibility through design development, construction, and handover. The position involves coordination with local and international consultants, multidisciplinary design teams, contractors, PMC teams, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager Architecture will be responsible for:
- Leading architectural design delivery across concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, construction, and handover stages.
- Acting as the primary architectural, interior design, and civil interface between the client, consultants, PMC, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Safeguarding approved design intent, quality, functionality, aesthetics, and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing, evaluating, and validating consultant submissions against project requirements, applicable codes, authority regulations, and industry best practices.
- Managing local and international architectural and multidisciplinary consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Leading multidisciplinary design coordination across Architecture, Civil & Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape, and specialist disciplines.
- Supporting feasibility studies, development planning, design briefs, technical due diligence, and project development activities.
- Leading value engineering, material evaluation, and design optimization initiatives to improve cost efficiency, constructability, maintainability, and lifecycle value.
- Supporting consultant and contractor procurement, including RFPs, technical specifications, tender evaluations, and technical assessments.
- Providing architectural oversight during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, technical queries, and site inspections.
- Monitoring consultant and contractor performance and ensuring timely resolution of design, coordination, interface, and technical issues.
- Coordinating with regulatory authorities and relevant stakeholders to facilitate approvals and ensure statutory compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to project governance, approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and design requirements.
- Supporting project closeout activities, including inspections, snagging, handover documentation, and lessons learned.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates applying for the Manager Architecture position should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, design management, and project delivery.
- PCATP Registration and BIM certification will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing local and international Tier-1 consultants on large-scale developments.
- Demonstrated experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or major infrastructure projects.
- Experience in a client-side, developer, PMC, or leading consultancy environment will be preferred.
- A strong track record of involvement from concept design through construction and project handover.
