About the Role
The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving lubricant sales targets by expanding business across automotive, industrial, and commercial markets. They will manage distributors, strengthen retail networks, develop customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and successful market execution.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead sales initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive lubricant sales growth across automotive, industrial, and commercial segments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage distributors and strengthen retail sales channels.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Support promotional campaigns and market activation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
- Train and support sales teams to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, credit control procedures, and company standards.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related discipline.
Manager, Hi Street Lubricants
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of sales experience in the lubricants, FMCG, or oil and gas industry.
Assistant Manager, Hi Street Lubricants
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of sales experience in the lubricants, FMCG, or oil and gas industry.
