1. Assistant Manager Sales Insights

Haidri Beverages is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Sales Insights to support sales operations through data analysis, system management, performance monitoring, and reporting.

The position involves working with sales systems, analyzing outlet and sales performance, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with sales teams to improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager Sales Insights will be responsible for:

• Implementing pricing structures and promotional campaigns across relevant systems.
• Registering new products and sales-related items, including packs, SKUs, chillers, channels, and handlers, in the THEIA system.
• Monitoring outlet-wise availability and SKU-wise performance.
• Conducting PSR productivity analysis by tracking Time in Outlet and Time in Market KPIs.
• Maintaining and finalizing PSR attendance records for payroll processing through HR operations.
• Mapping SAP SKUs with THEIA to ensure seamless stock uploads.
• Communicating approved secondary promotions to Sales Managers for effective implementation.
• Developing and maintaining sales team scorecards for performance evaluation.
• Coordinating with sales teams regarding THEIA-related training and operational issues.
• Liaising with THEIA support to resolve system-related issues.
• Analyzing distribution-wise and pack-wise wholesale contributions against primary targets for General Manager Sales.
• Preparing secondary sales analysis reports for Monthly Review Meetings (MRM).
• Coordinating with the THEIA team for system enhancements and developments according to management requirements.
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes and system changes before updates are released to the sales team.

Qualification and Experience

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in the beverages industry is preferred.

2. Compressor Incharge

Haidri Beverages is also hiring a Compressor Incharge to supervise compressor operations, maintenance activities, safety procedures, and refrigeration support at the plant.

The role requires hands-on technical experience in air and ammonia compressor operations and maintenance, along with the ability to manage operational activities and support uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Compressor Incharge will be responsible for:

• Supervising the daily operation of HP and LP air compressors, ammonia compressors, condensers, and cooling systems.
• Monitoring pressure, temperature, oil levels, cooling water flow, refrigerant levels, and other critical operating parameters.
• Overseeing planned, scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance of air and ammonia compressor systems.
• Performing and supervising safe startup and shutdown procedures for ammonia compressors.
• Detecting and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in compressors and associated systems.
• Reporting abnormal sounds, vibrations, leaks, and performance deviations.
• Maintaining daily operational logs, inspection sheets, pressure and temperature readings, oil level records, downtime reports, and service histories.
• Ensuring proper lubrication, oil changes, and replacement of filters and consumables according to SOPs.
• Enforcing ammonia handling safety protocols, including NH3 leak detection systems, appropriate PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
• Monitoring and optimizing compressor operations to improve energy efficiency and minimize air leakages.
• Ensuring maintenance and operational activities comply with safety, environmental, company regulations, and SOPs.
• Leading, training, and providing technical guidance to compressor operators and technicians.
• Coordinating with utilities and production teams to ensure uninterrupted compressed air and refrigeration supply to the plant.

Qualification and Experience

• DAE Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of FMCG or industrial experience in air and ammonia compressor operations and maintenance.
