1. Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager for its Retail Fuel Sales department. The position is based in Islamabad and Peshawar.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region, identifying opportunities for new site development, managing sales at commissioned sites, ensuring sales and customer service standards, and maintaining HSSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager will be responsible for:

• Recommending credit facilities for retail sales and tracking payment cycles to ensure timely recoveries.
• Reporting monthly sales performance against targets to senior management.
• Identifying commercially and technically viable dealer sites for COCO conversion.
• Managing the commissioning of new retail sites.
• Monitoring lease expiries and renewals and managing franchise agreements and COCO agreements to control company exposure.
• Ensuring compliance with HSSE standards for safe and standardized site operations.
• Maintaining close liaison with dealers to ensure uninterrupted supply of petroleum products from company depots and refineries.
• Ensuring dealer agreements remain current and facilitating the renewal of franchise and other dealer agreements.
• Managing the registration of pump leases and related franchise agreements.
• Identifying potential opportunities for new site development and supporting regional sales growth.
• Managing relationships with retailers and key institutional stakeholders.

Education

• BBA / MBA

Experience and Skills

Candidates applying for the Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager position should have:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).
• Knowledge of sales reporting, planning, and analytics.

The successful candidate will support financial and accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with internal departments and banks to ensure timely completion of assigned finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for:

• Recording and posting financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Monitoring collections, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Maintaining supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinating with banks, site teams, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining monthly Profit & Loss Statements.
• Managing petty cash handling, record maintenance, reconciliation, and reimbursement processing.
• Performing reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned finance and accounting activities.

Education

• B.Com / BS Finance

Experience and Skills
