Her diverse background across HR operations and student services positions her to contribute to effective workforce management and streamlined administrative processes.

Prior to joining Dowites78 Operation Theatre Complex, Zehra served as HR Placement Manager at Haydari Benevolent Trust, where she developed career placement initiatives, established employer partnerships, and guided students in career planning and professional development. Her previous roles at VICPAK Consultancy Services and SI-UK Pakistan further strengthened her expertise in student counselling, application processing, institutional partnerships, and cross-functional coordination.

Zehra studied Human Resource Management at the University of Karachi. Her career progression reflects a commitment to people management, professional development, and organizational effectiveness as she takes on this new leadership responsibility.
