Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving overall store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs in line with organizational goals
- Managing store P&L by controlling operational costs, optimizing labor utilization, and ensuring budget adherence without compromising service quality
- Leading, training, and developing store teams to build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results
- Ensuring efficient inventory management through accurate stock planning, timely replenishment, and strict control of stock losses and variances
- Developing and implementing in-store strategies to enhance customer footfall, improve conversion rates, and maximize average basket size

Position: Officer, Control Room
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Imtiaz Group is also looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Officer, Control Room to support security, safety, and operational monitoring through CCTV and surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a 24/7 shift basis to identify security, safety, and operational issues
- Continuously observing live video feeds and promptly detecting suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety hazards, or operational irregularities
- Immediately reporting and escalating incidents to concerned authorities according to established SOPs
- Coordinating with security personnel, operations teams, and relevant departments for timely incident response
- Recording, documenting, and maintaining accurate logs of incidents, observations, alarms, and actions taken during each shift
- Retrieving, reviewing, and exporting CCTV footage for investigations, audits, or management requirements while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensuring the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and related surveillance equipment
- Promptly reporting technical faults in surveillance equipment
Qualification and Experience
Candidates should have:
