Junaid Sheikh Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Clarisync

Junaid Sheikh has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Clarisync, marking a new chapter in his leadership journey across people strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation.

With extensive experience in HR and people leadership, Junaid previously served as Senior People Partner at Lumovy Technology Solutions and People and Culture Manager at Careem. His career also includes serving as Senior Manager People’s Excellence at Kualitatem Inc. and Lead HR Business Partner at i2c Inc., building a strong foundation across people operations, employee engagement, change management, HR business partnering, and organizational excellence.

Junaid holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Combining strategic HR expertise with a strong business foundation, he brings a people-centric approach to building high-performing teams and inspiring workplace cultures.
