Laiba Ashfaq has embarked on a new professional chapter as Client Relations Associate at Edge, supporting client services in the insurance sector. With experience spanning client success, customer support, onboarding, and business development, she brings a customer-focused approach to resolving inquiries, strengthening client relationships, and delivering efficient service experiences.

Before joining Edge, Ashfaq served as a Business Development Representative at EzyTeams, where she developed expertise in lead generation, client prospecting, and sales outreach. During her tenure at Payactiv, she progressed through several roles, including Client Success Specialist, Onboarding Specialist, Enrollment Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist. Her experience also includes financial record management as a Business Accountant at The E2W Company and customer sales at Touchstone Communications, reflecting her versatility across client-facing and operational functions.

Ashfaq is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance at Virtual University of Pakistan.
