Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily records of surgical procedures and prepare monthly statistical reports and tabulations
- Ensure maintenance of data according to applicable ISO standards and prepare audit reports
- Prepare and maintain staff duty rosters
- Prepare, maintain, and update records and files related to various surgical specialties
- Receive complaints and leave applications from staff and forward them for review and appropriate action
- Maintain and compile statistics related to operating theatre performance, workload, productivity, and daily utilization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

2. Ward Coordinator, Ward Administration
Department: Ward Administration

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient movement between wards, Operation Theatre, and other clinical areas, ensuring timely and safe transfers
- Facilitate patient admissions, discharges, and surgical procedures while ensuring completion of required documentation and clearances
- Coordinate with surgeons, consultants, patients, attendants, and relevant departments regarding patient care and discharge requirements
- Respond to patient and attendant queries
- Maintain accurate patient files, medical records, correspondence, and other required documentation while ensuring confidentiality

- Monitor patient billing and coordinate with Billing and Recovery teams regarding outstanding dues and related issues

3. Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy

- Perform initial functional restoration assessments
- Implement treatment procedures as designed by the Occupational Therapist
- Prepare reports and develop therapeutic relationships with registrars and residents

- Assist in the application of assistive devices and splints
