Lucky Cement Jobs 2026, Senior Assistant Manager Treasury

Lucky Cement Limited is looking for a Senior Assistant Manager, Treasury to support and manage key treasury and corporate finance activities. The position requires hands-on knowledge of banking operations, liquidity management, financing facilities, bank reconciliations, and loan management.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and resolving outstanding items.
• Preparing cash flow reports and monitoring the company’s liquidity position.
• Monitoring short-term and long-term loans, including principal and markup payments, and ensuring timely settlement.
• Recording and maintaining loan and markup entries in the TRM module.
• Managing bank financing facilities, including offer letters, agreements, charge documents, limits, utilization, repayments, markups, and related documentation.
• Managing Dealer Financing, including MIS, onboarding, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Managing and monitoring Fleet Financing, including onboarding, repayments, and documentation.
• Reviewing bank charges, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating their resolution.
• Handling bank account opening and related documentation and compliance requirements.
• Managing IERF rollover exercises, including documentation, bank coordination, and timely completion.
• Coordinating with banks regarding financing facilities, transactions, documentation, and other treasury related matters.
• Managing investments with banks and mutual funds, including related monitoring and documentation.
• Managing import and export settlements and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Effectively utilizing AI tools to improve treasury processes, reporting, efficiency, and decision making.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification:

• ACCA
• CA
• ACMA
• MBA Finance
• Equivalent qualification

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Financial Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in banking operations, cash management, bank reconciliations, financing facilities, and loan management.
• Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TRM) and/or SAP will be preferred.
